Hire Suitability

To ensure we are able to set up safely there are a few things we need you to check before making a booking.

Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES during the hire of our equipment. Furthermore, the Bubble Dome requires an adult remain present in the tunnel to assist any children entering / exiting the dome ensuring that only one door is unzipped at a time to prevent deflation of the dome. 

We require 2 feet (1metre) each side of our inflatable. At the front of the castle / entrance of our dome and at any slide openings, we require 4 feet (2 metres) for safe operation. We also require 6 feet at the back of the castle / blower side of the dome to allow the inflation fan and blower tube to operate safely.  For indoor bookings you will also need to consider ceiling height. For all bookings you will need to measure to ensure this is possible. If on arrival, the space is not big enough for the castle and we are unable to setup, you will still be liable for the cost of the booking.

For outdoor bookings, we are only able to set up on real grass as we use 380mm anchor stakes to secure the castle into the ground. It is not possible to set up on concrete, driveways or artificial grass. We also need the area to be reasonably flat - we can set up on a slight slope though. If on arrival, there is not a space big enough on real grass and we are unable to set up, you will still be liable for the cost of the booking.

The surface / area in which our equipment is to be set up must be completely clear before arrival. For indoor bookings please ensure the floor is swept. For outdoor bookings please remove all twigs, stones, sharp objects and animal excrement.

Prior to arrival, please let us know how we may access the property / area for the inflatables and / or soft play. Due to the weight of our inflatables, we use a dolly to move them which measures 50cm wide. We should also be made aware of any stairs we may encounter - a few is ok but it may not be possible if we have to access via a large flight of stairs. 

We will need access to a standard UK plug for power supply. We have extension leads of up to 20m if necessary. Anything further away then please get in touch to discuss.
